Together with Mr. Mahesh Zore, he initiated operations by acquiring an ANCA RX-7 machine, starting with on-site regrinding. This was not just a technical upgrade—it was the beginning of a manufacturing vision.
What started with one machine has today grown into a state-of-the-art facility, housing 15 high-end machines from global leaders like ANCA, Walter, and Rollomatic.

In 2016, VP Tools welcomed its next-generation leader—Mr. Ganesh Pol, son of the founder. With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA qualification from SP Jain, Ganesh brought both technical expertise and modern business acumen.
To build from the ground up, he began his journey as an operator, immersing himself in shop-floor operations to understand the business at its core. By 2017, he transitioned into sales and marketing, spearheading business development across Pune and other key industrial belts.

After rigorous R&D and customer validations, the vision took shape as a 24,000 sq. ft. facility with an 8,000 sq. ft. advanced shop floor, which became operational in 2023.
In 2025, the facility was officially launched—equipped to manufacture highly specialized, customer-specific tools designed for precision and performance. This milestone not only strengthens VP Tools’ presence in the 3C sector but also reinforces its identity as an innovation-driven company shaping the future of cutting solutions.
